Our client is a growing, venture-backed technology company with a strong reputation as a leading provider of predictive marketing analytics, audience development, and wealth intelligence services. Their technology powers the campaigns of some of the biggest non-profits, universities, financial service firms, and luxury brands in the country.
They are looking for a Business Journalist / Content Creator / Content Specialist with a proven track record of researching, writing, editing, proofreading, and publishing content for both online and offline channels.
Role:

Produce well-researched content for publication online and offline including articles, white papers, guidebooks, webinars, and scripts for videos – includes interviewing subject matter experts as part of your research
Utilize industry best practices and familiarity with the organization’s mission to inspire ideas and content
Follow an editorial calendar, collaborating with other members of the team (including subject matter experts) to ensure timely delivery of materials
Develop related content for multiple platforms, such as websites, email marketing, product descriptions, videos, and blogs
Monitor and analyze the performance of key performance indicators (KPIs) to offer suggestions for improvement
Use search engine optimization (SEO) strategies in writing to maximize the online visibility of a website in search results (knowing SEO is a plus, but we ll teach you if you re not familiar with it)
Skills:

Bachelor s degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Writing, Marketing, or another related field and 5+ years of experience professional journalism or writing experience
Proven record of excellent writing demonstrated in a professional portfolio
Impeccable grasp of the English language, including idioms and current trends in slang and expressions
Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management
Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
Proven track record of balancing priorities (and choosing the right ones)
A self-starter with excellent organizational skills
Strong analytical skills, incredible attention to detail and an ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
Curious mind and a growth mindset with everything you do
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change in an evolving industry
