Amick Brown is seeking an experienced The Oracle Cloud HCM Compensation Techno-Functional Consultant for our direct client.
Location : Sunnyvale, CA
Duration: 6 Months

The ideal candidate will be part of a project team which is re-implementing the Compensation Module. The right candidate will have excellent communication skills and prior experience leading large scale Oracle HCM Projects with key modules – Core HR and Compensation.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Document all business requirements and configure the system
Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables
Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
Support the development test scripts, testing scenarios, and support clients with the execution of test scripts
Write detailed technical & design specifications for development objects
Required Skills:
Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud – Compensation Management, core, and Workforce Compensation
Strong understanding and background of Workforce Structure Architecture
Builds confidence and trust with clients
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment either on a team or as an individual contributor
6+ years of experience in supporting HR Functions.
Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems
Extensive Oracle HCM (Fusion) Development experience
Ability to multi-task and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
Able to work independently and consider cross-functional and downstream impacts with close attention to detail
Excellent client-facing written, presentation and verbal communications skills
Bachelors’ degree in business, computer science or related field
