This position will report to the groups Director, Deputy General Counsel, while working closely with the other members of the team up to the General Counsel.
What you’ll bring
3-5 years of experience in corporate securities, subsidiary management, governance, M&A, executive compensation and/or other related issues
Experience in a top tier corporate law firm; in-house legal experience a plus, but not required
Law degree from a nationally recognized law school, or equivalent experience
Licensed to practice law in California or eligible to be licensed in California as in-house counsel

How you will lead
You will provide legal support for our SEC reporting, M&A initiatives, investor relations, Board and corporate governance, subsidiaries and equity plan compliance. Youll have the opportunity to partner with the Corporate Development team to support acquisitions and other strategic transactions (including equity investments) and the SEC reporting and investor relations teams to support our SEC filings and financial reporting. Youll also assist in the support for our Board and Committee meetings, and provide oversight over our domestic/foreign subsidiaries and create processes to ensure ongoing compliance.
