We are looking for a full-time Compliance, Ethics, and Investigations Manager to work from our headquarters in Mountain View, Calif.
As a Compliance, Ethics, and Investigations Manager, you will support Redis Labs global compliance organization to research, plan, implement, and monitor a broad portfolio of compliance systems and initiatives. You would be responsible for leading the execution and management of all ethics and compliance programs across the companys global operations.
This role will report to the Global Head of Compliance and be heavily focused on evaluating, designing, and implementing compliance programs; supporting internal compliance investigations; and acting as a compliance subject matter expert for the organization. You will work closely with leadership, domain experts, external counsel, and audit firms supporting Redis Labs global organizations.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the design and implementation of regulatory compliance control frameworks and knowledge of cloud-based products and corporate SaaS environments. This position requires a unique set of skills including project management, forensic and financial data analysis, and new regulation research and interpretation, including the ability to operate at all levels of the companys organization structure.

Design and implement compliance, ethics, and investigations related programs, policies, and procedures. Including but not limited to the following practice areas: global trade sanctions, U.S. Federal procurement, general regulatory obligations in anti-corruption, privacy, cyber, financial, and social responsibility
Design, maintain and present a compliance dashboard that measures compliance against the companys policies, procedures, and standards
Manage and annually review internal compliance policies to maintain accuracy, prevent duplication and contradiction, and enable enforcement including but not limited to our Code of Conduct, Gifts Hospitality & Entertainment, Anti-corruption and Economic Sanctions, Travel, Expense, and Information Security policies
Research and interpret regulations and laws to establish or refresh our compliance standards
Enhance and manage the third-party diligence and anti-corruption review program, and drive implementation and execution of risk-based third party due diligence and corporate-wide risk assessments
Develop effective compliance training programs, both online and in-person, and deploy training modules responsive to new standards or emerging got-to-market needs
Monitor company compliance training requirements, coordinate training schedule, and provide regular updates on compliance program training completions or key metrics
Work to constantly improve the companys compliance position by partnering across the organization to develop relevant, meaningful ethics and compliance messaging through campaigns and periodic communications
Manage, respond to, and remediate issues raised through the Redis Labs Employee Hotline and conduct internal investigations and draft memorandum with compliance, legal analyses and risk-based recommendations regarding potential violations of law or Company policy
Maintain and enforce legal hold conditions on systems, data, and individuals devices
Conduct eDiscovery reviews and provide relevant production per case requirements
Promote culture of compliance by heightening awareness among employees of compliance risks and policies, and align and educate organizations regarding current and emerging risks and trends
Facilitate third party questionnaires, attestations, audits, and certification efforts for the organization
Maintain subject matter expertise of applicable frameworks and regulations by closely following the emerging trends
Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or related field
Masters in business or JD preferred
A minimum of 5-7 years in relevant ethics, compliance, and investigations roles
Ability to travel domestically and internationally
Proven analytical, project management, and communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Internal corporate and external facing product cloud and SaaS experience
Ability to prioritize and track multiple projects in parallel
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Comfortable working and learning independently and as part of a team
A real passion for ethics and compliance, a strong moral compass, a keen sense of curiosity, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Technical aptitude for digital forensics, eDiscovery, and data analytics tools is critical
Demonstrated attention to detail and a positive attitude with good judgment and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
Knowledge of compliance regulations and frameworks, including; global trade BIS-EAR, ISO 27001, SOC 2, FedRAMP, NIST, SOX, GDPR, CCPA, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, and US Federal public sector regulations such as TAA, BAA, VEVRAA, Rehabilitation Act, and Affirmative Action plans monitored by the OFCCP
Certification such as CCEP, GRCP, SCCE, CPA, CISSP, or equivalent experience
Experience with Navex, Hotlines, Case Management, Archer, Zen-GRC, Archer, Tableau, QlikView, Navex, Salesforce, NetSuite, Relativity, eDP a plus
