The minimum qualifications required for this vacancy. Minimum Qualifications Candidates should have at least two (2) years of general civil litigation experience. Judgment enforcement and/or estate practice experience is a plus. Bankruptcy experience and knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare regulations is also a plus.
