Planned Parenthood Northern California is seeking a part time (20-32 hour) In-House Counsel.
Under the direction of Planned Parenthood Northern Californias (PPNorCal) Senior Vice President of External Affairs, the In-House Counsel will provide support and advice on all legal matters. Specific areas of focus include CQRM Risk and Compliance, Board governance, PPNorCal policy & procedures, and review of PPNorCals contracts to ensure agency wide legal and ethical compliance with local, state, and federal laws. The In-House Counsel will work closely with President/CEO and support PPNorCals senior management with all necessary legal reviews.
