Our Auburn Hills, MI (Position may also be stationed in Fort Mill, SC) location is seeking a highly experienced Compliance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience revising global policies and guidelines to local laws.

 Actively implementing and monitoring the global Ethics and Compliance program (anti-corruption, anti-trust, anti-money laundering) in the region
 Revising global policies and guidelines to local laws
 Acting as the central point of contact for all Compliance related topics for associates of all hierarchical levels (e.g. providing guidance and timely advice)
 Conducting Compliance investigations and periodic risk assessments
 Developing, coordinating and providing training sessions
 Drafting Compliance related communication campaigns and reports
 Developing and maintaining a culture of integrity and awareness of Compliance issues within the region
 The Compliance Officer will collaborate and report functionally to the Global Head of Compliance as well as report directly to the Head of Compliance, Law and Intellectual Property for the Americas.

 Degree of an accredited law school
 Minimum of 7 years of progressive Compliance experience in an international work environment and cross-border communication
 Comprehensive knowledge of ethics and Compliance concepts, such as the elements of an effective Compliance program, standards of business ethics and best practices, hotline management, and managing Compliance related topics
 Advanced knowledge of local criminal laws and international laws such as the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and UK Bribery Act
 Demonstrated strong analytical skills and customer orientation
 Excellent communication skills to convince associates and gain trust and confidence
 Ability to provide clear and direct-on-the-spot guidance to Associates
 Willingness to travel internationally and domestically
