Support internal customers for implemented Gigya’s technology on websites and applications.
Mobile (iOS, Android) experience is a plus.
Experience with SAP B2B is a plus.
Experience with 3 or more of the following areas:
SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC)/Gigya
Other IAM technologies
Serve as a technical expert to support, integrate and troubleshoot enterprise IAM solutions
Work with application developers to integrate with enterprise Gigya solution
Provide technical expertise, support and guidance via email and virtual communications
3+ years of customer facing support experience or a proven ability to communicate and breakdown technical ideas to business stakeholders and technical users
2+ year’s experience in one or more of the Information Security domains
General understanding of programming languages, APIs, and database technologies
Broad understanding of enterprise network/web architectures
Critical and creative thinking
Ability to work in large fast-paced, agile environment
Experience with tools such as SAML Trace, Fiddler, Wireshark, PowerShell, etc. preferred
