Overview

Youwill provide legal support to Workplace Services (WS), Fidelity’s businessgroup that provides recordkeeping and trustee services to employer sponsoredretirement plans focusing on defined contribution plans.

 
The Team
 

Youwill be part of the WS legal team within Fidelity’s in-house legal department,providing legal support for all aspects of Fidelity’s defined contributionrecordkeeping business including operations, reporting and disclosure, documentand contract support and relationship management. You will evaluate and assistin the development of products and services in collaboration with multiplegroups within Fidelity, including product, client experience, risk, compliance,finance, sales, technology and marketing.

 The ExpertiseYou Have

  • JDand at least 5-10 years of relevant law firm, industry or regulatoryexperience.

  • In-depthworking knowledge of employee benefits law, focusing on the Internal RevenueCode including §409A, ERISA and respective error correction programs.Experience with securities laws as they relate to employee benefit plans wouldbe a plus.

  • Admittedto practice or willing to secure bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
