Job Description

Bynder is looking for a Boston-based Legal Counsel to join our international legal team and serve as the company’s first US-based in-house lawyer.

You will primarily provide legal support to our North America operations on matters relating to drafting and negotiating commercial contracts with US-based and international customers (50%+). “Legal Support” for us means that you bring to the table a sophisticated commercial contracts background, clear and consistent drafting skills, a polished approach to customer contract negotiations, and practical judgment for evaluating and appropriately managing risk.

We’ll also need your help on purchasing contracts, partner contracts, compliance matters (including privacy and data protection), and general corporate matters. Our culture is collaborative and you will work on cross-functional teams to develop practical solutions to support our business objectives. You’ll also be expected to contribute to important projects that will help us optimize for scale so BLT (Bynder Legal Team) can provide smarter and faster support for Bynder’s ambitious plans and goals.

We also hope to give you the chance to take on challenging work in additional areas of interest–let’s talk about that one to make sure you have plenty of development opportunities.
