The basic responsibilities for this position include various coordination and support functions relative to Building Controls/Refrigeration Controls activities such as:

This position is responsible for:

Monitoring schedules to verify PO’s were received.

Contacting GC and/or Electrical contractors.

Send PO acknowledgements to GC with checklist.

Monitoring project schedules.

Updating records/sites in QuickBase applications.

Coordinate schedules with Field Services/Sub-Contractors.

Coordinate part delivery with GC and/or Electrical contractors.

Preparing and sending warranties based on installation date.

Updating financial records in QuickBase applications.
