We are seeking to full-time an IT Project Coordinator for our team who will be in charge of managing multiple projects from request to implementation. This position involves working closely with the business, infrastructure, operations and development teams on capturing/maintaining scope, communicating effectively with stakeholders and working to meet established deadlines.

Project Coordinator Job Responsibilities:

•Take ownership of projects from the point they are requested until they are successfully implemented in production and ownership has moved to a supporting team.
•Fully understand scope and requirements of a project to help keep it on track.
•Participate in business requirement development and review to identify gaps.
•Facilitate and lead project meetings.
•Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously working with onshore and offshore resources.
•Develop project checklists to ensure appropriate technical and business signoffs are performed at the appropriate times.
•Work with teams inside and outside of development in understanding dependencies and getting tasks completed.

Education and Experience Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree with IT and/or Business related focus.
•3+ years IT project coordination experience on projects involving multiple teams and dependencies.
•Experience working as part of a team.
•Experience in planning and schedule management.
•Team leadership experience.
•Experience with Confluence and JIRA and PM software.
•BA experience a plus.
