Location: Philadelphia, PA
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Senior Product Owner to work on a large team in charge of developing internal product marketing applications. This role will work eventually be based out of Philadelphia, but will still allow excellent remote work flexibility.
Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner/Manager in an Agile environment, as well as experience interacting with stakeholders in the marketing space in order to build out such applications!
Leads or directly contributes to the following Product Management tasks:
Works in an agile framework as Product Owner to deliver continuous digital enhancements and industry-leading customer experience, with a focus on building out an industry-leading virtual assistant, chatbot experience.
Works closely with the engineering team to plan and manage sprint capacity, ensuring efficient delivery
Writes detailed user stories to capture product feature requirements, drives refinement/grooming sessions, and manages the backlog
Works closely with Content personnel and various stakeholders across the company, including core AI platform teams, to design conversational, customer-friendly experiences
Works closely with solution design, architects, and development teams to ensure skills/journeys are well planned, requirements are understood, and deliverables meet acceptance criteria
Leads product and/or cross-functional working sessions, as needed
Develops detailed product features on an on-going basis, aggressively identifies strategic opportunities for improvement, and develops implementation plans
Performs best practice research and benchmarking, conducts competitive analysis, and develops strong understanding of stakeholders to drive development decisions
Partners with analytics and research personnel to assess performance and identify areas of opportunity to meet customer needs and key performance indicators
Communicates feature status and performance metrics to stakeholders on a regular basis
Provides product support and develops customer/sales/care tools and training/awareness materials, as needed
Provides subject matter expertise to team members, as required
