Ginkgo is constructing, editing, and redesigning the living world to answer the globes growing challenges in health, energy, food, materials, and more. Our bioengineers make use of an in-house automated foundry to respond to these challenges by designing and building new organisms and sequencing the natural world. Today, our foundry is deeply engaged in responding to the COVID-19 pandemic by developing sequencing-based diagnostics and collaborating with vaccine developers. We are also developing organisms to make products across multiple industries.
