The Infosys Knowledge Institute (IKI) is a startup unit within Infosys, based in Dallas/Ft. Worth, reporting to the president and operationally chartered to develop thought leadership at scale. The Knowledge Institute helps industry and technology leaders understand the impact of market challenges and trends, and provides research to aid in making critical business and technology decisions. We develop and publish work at multiple levels, from showcase research projects to white papers and targeted points of view. We have a start-up culture inside an established $12 billion global firm, and are looking for colleagues to help create something special together.
We are hiring analysts to complement our writers, editors, and graphics professionals. Financial modeling and research experience are required, and we are interested in professionals with strong writing skills.
You can do this
Conduct financial and operational analysis, with modeling and simulation
Manage multiple research projects from start to finish
Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand needs, and design and conduct research to distill insights
Support thought leadership across multiple media formats
Contribute to reports, white papers, points of view, blog posts, external articles, infographics, and case studies
Primary and secondary research – surveys and data, industry databases and selected internal sources
Periodically represent the Knowledge Institute in internal conferences and offering discussions

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in lieu of every year of education.
At least 3 years of work experience including experience in content production, across writing, research, analysis, and editing
Some understanding of industries, processes and technologies
Experience developing schedules and budgets
Strong oral and written communication skills and a good listener
Proficiency in MS Office and related productivity software
Working knowledge of content management software (like Adobe Creative Suite)
