Grand Opening – Entry Level – No Experience Required
We are currently seeking competitive, outgoing, and personable individuals who want to be a part of a fast-growing organization and have the opportunity to work hand in hand with Fortune 100 and 500 clients. Based off our current employees that have excelled in the entry-level/account manager position, we are looking for candidates that have all or some the following experience or background that we feel are best suited for our business:
– recent high school/college graduates,
– professionals with experience in sales, marketing, or customer service,
– current or former athletes,
– military background,
– retail experience,
– hospitality experience (i.e. waiter/waitress/bartender/hostess)
– management/leadership experience
In the past two years, we’ve promoted 10 people into management positions and expanded into three new markets! Team based training sessions ensure that each person in our company has the opportunity to learn from our top representatives. We promote growth from within and encourage our team to work together to reach client & customer goals as well as improve skills. Specialized training will prepare individuals to work with customers to provide a unique and pleasant sales experience, which fosters acquisition of quality customers and long term customer loyalty.
Qualifications:
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Customer service or sales experience
Interest in Management Opportunity
Natural leadership ability
Looking to begin their career
Able to complete tasks and meet deadlines
Able to quickly learn and pick up on complex ideas
Willing to multi-task, jump in and help any campaign
Wants an exciting work environment
