Service Scheduler/Product Coordinator
Schedule Service Calls and coordinateprojects.
Collect and diligently trackpayments.
Effectively communicate withClients, Service Technicians, Subcontractors and Sales Team
Confirm scheduled serviceappointments.
Sending review requests to Clients aftercompleted jobs
Work with Service Department forService estimates.
Manage/track and follow up onshipments.
Receive products and label forClients.
Manage and assist phone calls. This requires a friendly and confidentinteraction with Clients/Customers/Vendors/Callers, in general. Addressing Callersand directing them to the appropriate Department and managing messages is animportant component of this function.

Familiar with layout of Tucson andsurrounding area.
High School Diploma or Equivalentrequired.
2+ years’ Customer ServiceExperience required
2+ years’ experience in a salesenvironment required
2+ years’ shipping/receivingexperience required
2+ years’ experience schedulingexperience required
Experience with Fireplaces, BBQGrills, etc. preferred
Must be able to lift 75 to 100 lbswith or without reasonable accommodation
