Services Associate

Position Summary
THE LAB’s Services Associate is mainly responsible for managing client service experiences for THE LAB. This will include being able to provide clear communication about all services that THE LAB has to offer to clients, guiding the client in how they can best interact with THE LAB based on their needs, and providing insight about how the services can be optimized or enhanced based on experience with them.

Job Responsibilities
Managing client experiences for THE LAB
Clearly communicating about and up-selling our suite of services
Building and developing meaningful relationships with clients
Maintenance, cleaning and upkeep of all services’ resources (Cryo machine, AlterG machine and shorts, NormaTec units and sleeves, UVLrx, yoga/Pilates equipment, laundry, ice bags, etc.)
Scheduling services in POS system (MindBody), checking clients in/out, taking payment and up-selling
General upkeep and cleanliness of entire facility
Skills Required
Technically proficient (Word, Excel, Outlook, Mail Chimp, etc.)
Excellent phone, verbal, and written skills
Strong attention to detail
Proactive, persistence, and diligence in completing tasks
Ability to manage stressful situations and numerous simultaneous projects/conversations
Adept at multi-tasking and prioritizing key tasks
Strong independent work ethic
Ability to think creatively and analytically
Ability to maintain a professional attitude in all situations
Knowledge of MindBody POS highly preferred
