Our Customer and Office Services Associate requires the ability to float to multiple client locations throughout the San Francisco areas to cross train and provide multiple coverage where necessary. The position is responsible for completing all mailroom/office services functions and providing customer service to The Millennium Group’s client base. The position requires hour and transportation flexibility. Please note this is a full time/regular position and you will be eligible for medical, dental, and vision care benefits, 401k participation, and paid time off.
Responsibilities:
Ability to commute to locations located in the Greater San Francisco metropolitan area including Pleasanton, Concord, Oakland……)
Provide leadership and training to other floaters
Step in as a Lead for other Leads who need coverage
Great customer service skills
Reliable and self-motivated
Able to communicate effectively with many different types of people
Perform multiple tasks
Ensure all safety procedures are followed at all times
Possess a “can do” attitude
Can effectively work individually or in a team environment
Filing of customer files on a daily basis both hard copy and electronic
Performs scanning and any prep work required to the documents before scanning into electronic format
Working in various systems to find or identify policy and claim information to determine proper routing
Indexing daily mail to determine handling staff and forward accordingly
Process and forward daily mail via electronic file system
Purge files
Deliver and pick up mail
Operate postage machine to process mail
Prepare items and mail pieces for processing, shipment or transportation
Maintains time, volume and delivery records
Ensure the highest levels of customer care on the phone, in email and in person
Follow policies and confidentiality dictations to safeguard data and information
Handles Meeting Services Set Up (arranging tables and chairs, refreshment service)
Stocking of paper and supplies in all copy centers
Servicing Coffee Stations
Stocking Office Supplies
Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
Minimum of 1-2 years Customer Service experience preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, etc.).
Can stand or be on feet for long periods
Pass background check
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and must have reliable transportation
