Our Customer and Office Services Associate requires the ability to float to multiple client locations throughout the San Francisco areas to cross train and provide multiple coverage where necessary. The position is responsible for completing all mailroom/office services functions and providing customer service to The Millennium Group’s client base. The position requires hour and transportation flexibility. Please note this is a full time/regular position and you will be eligible for medical, dental, and vision care benefits, 401k participation, and paid time off.
The ability to commute to locations located in the Greater metropolitan area and
Assist with mailroom/shipping functions and train in our mail services/Shipping and Recieving departments: sorting and distributing mail and packages, preparing outgoing packages (FedEx/UPS/DHL), using postage meter, maintaining records etc.
Deliver packages to departments and cubicles using P.D.A system to scan and sign for packages.
Meter U.S.P.S mail via postage machine.
Log all incoming items, letters and packages, including certified, registered, return receipt, Federal Express, UPS and DHL.
Assist with reception and reception responsibilities: answer and route incoming calls; greet all incoming visitors, assist with visitor sign in process, maintain lobby area, etc.
Assist with office supply inventory
Assist with pantry servies when required
Other duties as assigned by manager.
High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
Minimum of 1-2 years Customer Service experience preferred
Great customer service skills
Reliable and self-motivated
Able to communicate effectively with many different types of people
Experience with Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, etc.).
Can stand or be on feet for long periods
Pass background check
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
