Kforce is immediately seeking a full-time Enterprise Service Desk Specialist for our leading independent, end-to-end IT services client for a long-term project in Camp Lejeune, NC.

Under general supervision, the ideal candidate will conduct operations in support of the Enterprise Service Desk, execute scripts, answer calls, troubleshoot/resolve/and or escalate technical issues, open and close tickets, correlate events and incidents for management of Information Technology (IT) Services.

* High School diploma or GED
* One (1) year of experience in IT required including at least one (1) year of customer service experience in IT
* Certified in accordance with DoD 8570.01-M Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level II
