Progile is recruiting for a Customer Service Support Representative for an IoT Client in Foster City, CA. This is a 6-month contract
Responsibilities:
Customer Service Representative will be responsible for supporting sales staff and customers, replying to inquiries and issue resolution.
CSR will accurately, quickly, and efficiently handle customer contacts via phone, email, web, and chat.
The CSR will act as the primary point of contact providing all needed customer service support.
CSR will facilitate new client implementation by receiving client contacts, obtaining signatures, preparing files for implementation and inputting accurate data into the client database.
Work closely with sales, technical installation, and shipping departments in coordinating and scheduling appointments and installations with our clients, following through to see the client is satisfied with services delivered.
Engage in active listening with customers, confirm or clarify information and diffuse situations as needed. CSR will perfect follow-through to ensure that appropriate changes are made to resolve customers’ issues.
CSR will solve problems with clarity, excellent communication skills, ensuring that problems are resolved promptly while developing and maintaining positive relationships with our clients.
The CSR responds to Customers and keeps them updated in a timely fashion, able to make decisions quickly with a sense of urgency
The CSR developments and implements company-wide customer support and onboarding strategies.
Experience:
Prior customer/community support + familiarity with Salesforce.com, Desk, Zendesk or other similar applications
2-3 years of past customer service experience is a must
College Degree AA or BA is required
