We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to directly impact client satisfaction and retention efforts in a fast-paced, high growth company. You can expect to:
Conduct product trainings
Provide technical support and address customer inquiries, complaints, and support issues
Perform onsite and remote troubleshooting that help resolve hardware, software and/or network issues
Route support tasks within the project management software
Review functionality and test technology prior to confirming resolution with client
Maintain follow-up and positive customer relations throughout the entire RMA process
We would like:
Exhibit drive and passion for client support activities
Strong preference for SaaS / Cloud / Technology experience
Proficient in Windows, Mac OS platforms, Customer Relationship Management, Content Management and Project Management Systems
Work optimally with various graphic formats using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
Aptitude in initiating creative tactics and resolving highly complex problems
Positive and energetic communicator, with excellent listening and conflict resolution skills
Available to work evenings/weekends as needed
