TITLE: Customer Service Representative

This customer service center provides a wide array of cost-effective, high quality Business Process Outsourcing call center services specializing in customer service, relationship management and sales to companies and organizations serving virtually every sector of our economy.
Headquartered in Fort Collins, Colorado you will be working with a variety of different clients handling the data entry functions, help desk questions, and general customer service.
Great Customer service will be required to handle situations via phone, email, chat or text.
High School Diploma or equivalent GED preferred
Must be able to type 30+ WPM
Strong Customer Service Skills
Experience with Microsoft, and email
