Call Center Representative:

We are recruiting for a Healthcare Call Center Representative for our very busy and fast paced client. The role will entail working with an inbound calling system; taking messages for healthcare professionals; phone triage and determine action plan; scheduling patient appointments, and verifying patient insurance coverage.

Demonstrated good customer service skill required and ability to handle .

The hours are Monday through Friday 8: 00 – 5: 00.
