Benzer Pharmacy, a rapidly growing retail pharmacy company, is seeking a Full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative to work in our Tamarac, FL store. Come join a winning team!
The susscessful candidate will be responsible for the following:
As a Customer service representative of Benzer Pharmacy, you will schedule patient’s deliveries and address all patient’s needs. Also, you will assist patients on their medications, understand their benefits and financial responsibilities through superior customer service, while guaranteeing compliance with regulatory requirements.
Some other critical components of this role include delivering the highest quality of care, serve as the subject matter guide as needed and ensure goals are met and process patient requests and prescription orders in an accurate an efficient manner. Also, you will display professional behavior, which aligns with company’s code of conduct and ethics.
Essential Functions
Assist inbound and outbound patients, providers, and physician calls
Accurately obtain and enter the patient’s information, including shipping information, method of payment, and insurance.
Provide patients with co-pay, order status, insurance verification and proof of deliveries.
Responsible for ownership of patient issues and ensuring 100% follow up to patients
Process all orders changes including order cancellations, return authorizations, reships a
Notify Pharmacist to transfer prescription that can no longer fill at.
Check voicemails daily
Qualifications
Highschool diploma 1-3 years of relevant experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Excellent and proven knowledge with thin specific disease state.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong computer skills; Excel, Word, etc.
Ability to work independently
Strong understanding of pharmacy.
Highly motivated, solution oriented and a positive “can do” attitude.
Easily adjust to change.
