Kforce is immediately seeking a full-time IT Ops/Support Analyst for our leading independent, end-to-end IT services client for a long-term project in Saint Louis, Missouri (MO).

Job Description:
* Research and prepare statistical reports using data from application systems
* Consolidate information into cohesive and understandable correspondence or other written form for use in management decision-making
* Conduct change impact analysis to assess the potential implications of changes and documents functions and requirements
* Perform duties independently under general, minimal supervision within specific assignments
* Research, analyze and make recommendations on administrative, management and procedural practices and other complex business problems
* Analyze, evaluate and integrate business processes and procedures
* Apply creative thinking in the use of applications and systems and development of business processes
* Write logical, comprehensive, concise reports and correspondence; communicate effectively orally and in writing using language understandable to management and employees
* Acquire subject matter expertise in the functions and activities of the department or other assigned work unit, including procedures and technical operations
* Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships
* Use troubleshooting and analytical skills
* Apply technical competency with strong computer skills
* Utilize time management skills and multi-tasking capabilities
* Develop and document business and processes, functions and procedures
* Handle multiple and parallel projects
* Effectively represent the unit to other groups
* Be proactive/responsive to customer’s needs and/or requirements

* Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of related work experience in IT, or 10 years of work-related experience in lieu of degree
* 5+ years of experience in business analysis role that includes requirements gathering, software quality assurance, testing and database queries
* Experience in infrastructure architecture and application design and requirements
* Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodology
* Demonstrated ability to seek and rapidly acquire business and technical knowledge needed to independently serve as liaison between the customer, developers, and business project leader
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project)
* Strong organizational and coordination skills, attention-to-detail, oral and written communication skills to include ability to facilitate and or lead meetings comprised of business/IT representatives and executives
