Base/Salary : $35,000 – $42,000 Yearly + Commission

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Respond to Customer Inquiries by Phone and Email
Onboard New Customers Daily
Manage Customer Needs & Issues
Execute Customer Service Initiatives
Contribute to Company Social Media Projects
Cultivate A Positive Customer Service Culture
Effectively Deliver Daily and Weekly Reporting

QUALIFICATIONS :

High School or Equivalent Education
Proficient in Microsoft Office Software
Excellent Communication Skills
Friendly Phone Demeanor
Strong Time Management Skills
Highly Organized and Efficient
Ability to Prioritize, Multi-Task and Thrive in Fast-Pace Environment

BONUS :

Experience With Zendesk or Equivalent Support Software

Experience With Social Media Management
