Responsibilities for this Bilingual Customer Service Representative job include:
Taking inbound phone calls
Identifying problems and solutions for customers
At least 1 year of customer service experience
MUST be bilingual in Spanish and English
Ability to type a minimum of 35 WPM
Must be customer service orientated
Hours of Operation:
Monday – Thursday 7:00am -11:00pm
Friday – 7:00am – 9:00pm
Saturday – 8:00am – 9:00pm
Sunday – 10:00am – 7:00pm
***Must be Bilingual in Spanish and English**
