Job Description Customer Service Representative
Position Summary:
Aliera Healthcare is looking for talented Bilingual/Spanish Customer Service Professionals to help support our customers within a structured high-volume Call Center Environment.
Responsibilities:
· Managing calls from physicians, hospitals, and patients
§ Document CRM system with all interactions
§ Identifying and accessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
§ Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
§ Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Requirements:
§ BA degree, or equivalent required
§ Previous customer service experience preferred
§ 2+ year of healthcare experience preferred
§ Ability to learn and understand the product and the organization
§ Clear communicator (written and verbal)
§ Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
§ Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
