Kforce is immediately adding a full-time Business Consultant in support of our industry leading technology development client in Austin, Texas (TX). Our client is seeking candidates who are driven to make positive changes to the way people live and work by creating breakthrough technology solutions.

* Assists the team in the development of the project scope and quantifying project objectives
* Assures the quality of the business process analysis methodology
* Helps the team select tools for the process improvement modeling, analysis, and redesign
* Moves the team toward the improvement targets using the BPM methodology
* Prepare for and facilitates a 3-4 day working team workshops
* Oversee the development and delivery of the process modeling framework and work products with two supporting Business Analysts
* Weekly status reporting with Program team
* Raises issues and concerns with the Project Lead and Process Owner
* Ensures that all team members’ points of view are heard; Is not responsible for implementation in the organization, nor resolution of interpersonal ‘people’ problem
* Assists the team in reviewing -lessons learned-
* Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives
* Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies
* Work remote to finalize documentation with SMEs and Business Analysts to complete / present work products with high quality assurance

* BA or BS degree required
* Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt Certification
* BPMN, or PMP Certification
* 5-10 years of experience with top tier management or an IT consulting firm
* 5-10 years of experience with business process reengineering, organizational change management, strategic communication
* Experience with industry methods for process design, organizational design, organizational change management, or performance optimization
* Experience with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Visio, Project, and Excel
* Experienced in leading process design workshops and group facilitation that involve eliciting process requirements
* Ability to be a self-starter, team player, and leader in a fast-paced environment
* Possession of excellent data gathering and analysis skills
* Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
