Overview

We are looking for an energetic hands-on person to take the position of Customer Service on consumer products. We would like to find someone with knowledge of Customer Service who is polite and can work well on the phone and type properly though email. This job requires prior technical knowledge and computer skills.

Job Description:

Service and Support to end-users over phone and email
Interact with customers to provide and process responses to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services
Gather customer’s information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing – trouble-shooting
Research required information using available resources
Testing products and returns
Follow standard processes and procedures
Keeping track of all customer returns and request
Help create manuals for new products and update existing ones.

Requirements:
Proper phone etiquette
Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately in English
Demonstrated proficiency in typing and grammar
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Effective listening skills
Willingness to co-operate with others and work to the greater good
Multi-tasking capabilities
A strong technical aptitude and willingness to get ‘hands on’ and learn
Prior technical support and/or customer service experience preferred.
Reliable and on time
