<p><strong>Specialized experience: </strong> For the<strong> GS-</strong><strong>15</strong>, You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service Specialized experience includes <strong>BOTH</strong> of the following:</p>
<ul>
<li>Leading teams or groups performing analysis of the environmental impact of a development project; <strong>AND</strong></li>
<li>Performing policy analysis in the fields of environmental impact assessment, social impact assessment, cost-benefit analysis of development projects, and environmental finance; <strong>AND</strong></li>
</ul>
<p>at least <strong>ONE</strong> of the following:</p>
<ul>
<li>Leading the drafting of recommendations on how to apply environmental or social risk mitigation hierarchies; <strong>OR</strong></li>
<li>Demonstrated experience representing an organization in meetings and negotiations with senior and/or high level stakeholders.<br /> </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Specialized experience: </strong> For the<strong> GS-</strong><strong>14</strong>, You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service Specialized experience includes:</p>

<p><strong>Education Requirements:</strong> Applicants for this position must meet the following <strong>BASIC EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:</strong><br /><br /><strong>A.</strong> Successful completion of a full 4-year course of study in an accredited college or university that met all of that institution's requirements for a bachelor's or higher degree with a major in economics, that included at least 21 semester hours in economics and 3 semester hours in statistics, accounting, or calculus. <strong>OR</strong><br /><br /><strong>B.</strong> A combination of education and experience -courses equivalent to a major in economics, as shown in A above, plus appropriate experience or additional education.The education generally must be from an accredited (or pre-accredited) college or university recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.</p>
