SR. Property Manager – Tysons Corner

Large commercial real estate firm located in the Washington D.C. area is seeking a sharp SR. Property Manager with portfolio experience consisting Class A & B Office space; mixed used office/retail and mixed-use retail properties, approximately 600,000 sq. ft. The ideal person will possess strong communication and organization skills; ability to supervise and make staff recommendations including performance appraisal's.

Oversee operation of building systems

  • Establish and maintain policies and procedures
  • Perform regular property inspections
  • Prepare, market and show leaseable space
  • Process and monitor AP on a weekly basis
  • Oversee collections
  • Assist with monthly property financial

Company offers a strong benefits package and a potential discretionary bonus up to 7.5%.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of experience in commercial with CPM or RPA designations preferred
  • BS in Accounting/Finance
  • experience in Financial reporting
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Ability to travel
  • Real Estate license preferred
