You are driven, sharp, and fully prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment. In supporting the business development team, you will be responsible for outreach, qualifying leads, crafting proposals, creating case studies, growing the sales pipeline and hitting individual and team targets. You are motivated by successfully making introductions and in-depth research to ensure that we are working with the best of the best in the business.

* This role is directly responsible for the growth of Imagine Media’s sales pipeline
* Communicate daily with the Business Development team on leads, feedback, status check-ins. Driven in a team environment and demonstrate good team building skills
* Iterate and streamline outreach: the research and outreach process is ever-changing, log and document adjustments and be open to new ways of approaching the process
* Prepare, organize and manage customer quotes and contracts
* Ensure existing contracts are updated and administered
* Maintain and organize all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations
* Prepares reports for decision making
* Accountability: be dependable, thorough and precise in every task
* One step ahead: Researching opportunities for Imagine Media and assists in the planning and execution of outreach
* Assist in the creation of email drip campaigns and online promotion
* Assist in the distribution or delivery of marketing materials
* Assist with fulfillment of marketing offers
* Perform analysis of marketing and sales data
* Seek and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials both on and offline
* Enter contact information into contact management systems
* Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
* Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
* Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
* Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
* Continuously improve through feedback
* Proven work experience as a sales representative
* Familiarity CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
* Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
* Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
* Openness to feedback
