Laminet Cover Company – Lamco Advertising Specialties is a family run closely held business that is 73 years old. We specialize in manufacturing quality vinyl heat sealed products for sale in Big Box Retail, Mail Order and Internet sites, and providing quality products to the Promotional Products industry. We also specialize in selling “Covers that protect your household essentials” to Retail, Internet and Mail Order customers.
We are looking for a self motivated experienced individual with a desire to wear a lot of different “hats”.
Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Bookkeeping – Accounts Receivable – Receive and post checks into Business Works Gold Software
Run Financial Reports and Balance Bank Book in Business Works Gold Software
Payroll – responsible for interfacing with payroll service provider and managing all functions of payroll.
Bill payment – Evaluate, Confirm receipt and Schedule all bills for payment – Enter Into Business Works Gold Software and print checks
Design and create custom EXCEL spreadsheets with information provided by Business Works Gold Software
Enter and bill orders and answer customer queries for Promotional Products business
Interface with suppliers for Promotional Products business.
Responsible for Computer and Phone System – interface with suppliers for these systems.
Develop and help with product development
Write copy for key selling features of existing and new products
Take photographs of new products and use Photoshop to edit and size photos for internal and web use.
Other Responsibilities Include:
Primarily responsible for office and factory computer system and key interface with technology contractors who maintain and support computer system.
Interface with existing management team to coordinate timely production, shipping and procurement of materials to fulfill customer orders.
Ability to create production reports out of computer system and work independently without supervision to discuss with production workers timing of production of orders.
Ability to read and react to office supplied open order and sales order reports to reallocate and task team members to ensure Zero Defect shipping and on time shipping.
Comprehensive knowledge of spreadsheets is required, outgoing and dynamic person with a “can do” attitude with a desire to work in a small office environment.
