Professional advisory firm in Carmel, IN has created new operations/client associate role. In this role, you will perform a wide variety of responsibilities, complex and confidential operations, and client related projects. You will enjoy a lot of contact with business-to-business clients and work alongside a close-knit internal team.
This is a critical position for the entire team to be successful. You will often be the first point of contact with clients as you’ll be responsible for scheduling quarterly and annual reviews with clients.
Manage client investment report projects; gather, organize, and merge client and investment data; update client information relevant to their plan and investment changes; sensitive financial information; unquestionable confidentiality is a must
Manage data entry updates in Access, Salesforce, and other tools
Manipulate data in Access and CRM for purpose of business development, data mining, and analysis
Calendar management; organize and schedule quarterly and annual meetings with 3-8 attendees; manage team calendars
Prepare materials for meetings, electronic and printed materials; reports from Access; draft meeting notes
Manage expense reporting for executives (3); receipts, expense flow, mileage
Attend team meetings, team building events, community involvement events
Ongoing tasks such as email management, saving files, preparing materials for clients, reading industry publications
Associates degree preferred
1+ year of experience in professional office setting doing similar tasks
MS Office; proficient in Excel
Proactive and can pick up the phone in lieu of emailing
Great written and verbal communication skills; excellent customer service attitude
Great at time management and organizing work
Desire to work successfully in a small company environment
Strong aptitude for math, analytical skills
