Overview

Summary
The Business Development Representative is responsible for outgoing and incoming calls for the Business Development Center as well as emails and text messages for the purposes of setting appointments for clients that utilize our services. Full-time or Part-time positions.
Responsibilities
+ Complete daily checklist of calls, emails and texts messages as assigned.
+ Handle high volume calls, both inbound and outbound.
+ Document activity
+ Communicate via email, text, telephone with automotive dealerships as need for appointments or customer requests.
+ Desired Qualifications

+ High School graduate or GED acceptable.
+ Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and Excel).
+ Ability to utilize and navigate 3rd party software applications.
+ Previous call center environment experience.
+ Excellent Customer Service Skills ? problem-solving, good phone skills, ability to communicate clearly, attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Hourly Rate
+ $10 hr- $12 hr.
Hours
+ Available Shift Times: Days or Evenings or Mid-Shift.
+ Full-time or Part-time
