Job Description:
Client seeks a client service focused candidate with 1+ years’ experience. Ideal candidate will have experience with insurance or insurance processing and strong verbal and written communication skills. If you are interested, please apply!
Prepares standard client letters and sends e-mails to the team for signature and distribution
Work billing reports and sends communication to account managers.
Works with invoicing for multiple clients and researches any issues there may be with billing
Researches missing data for both quotes and proposals. Utilizes various technology to obtain necessary information. When information is still unavailable, e-mails the appropriate team member in order to obtain it
Documents all activities in a thorough, accurate and timely manner
Documents all final quotes in the system
Prepares final proposal for the team to present to prospect
Escalates emerging issues to the appropriate individual as appropriate
At least one year of direct or indirect client service experience required. Some insurance and/or insurance processing experience would be ideal
Self-starter with the proven ability to exercise sound judgment and strong creative problem solving skills
Must have effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with remote locations and vendors, and must demonstrate the ability to work well within a team
Demonstrate willingness to cross-train, and be cross-trained, in other roles/duties
Proven time management skills are necessary. Must demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities, deliver timely and accurate work products with a customer service focus, and respond with a sense of urgency as required
