Who we’re looking for
Toyota’s Customer Loyalty Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Customer Loyalty Advocate.

The primary responsibility of this role is to work with our customers and provide them options as they near the end of their contract term to ensure a smooth transition.

Reporting to the Customer Loyalty Manager, the person in this role will support the Customer Loyalty department’s objective to provide extraordinary customer service in accordance with our established guidelines in order to earn lifetime customer loyalty with our customers!

What you’ll be doing
+ Being accountable for maximizing repeat TFS contract and vehicle sales through various contact points with customers.
+ Participating in outbound dialer campaigns targeting customers approaching lease maturity and customers in positive equity retail contracts with TFS. The intention of these contacts is to influence repurchase decisions.
+ Fielding inbound calls from customers approaching lease maturity and/or responding to messages left during our outbound campaigns, providing answers to any questions they may have and persuading customer to remain in the Toyota family.
+ Documenting all activities in a clear and concise manner using the appropriate systems and in accordance with established procedures.
+ Being accountable for accurate and timely handling of all aspects of customer loyalty transactions.

What you bring
+ High school diploma/GED or related work experience.
+ Great interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Ability to be a self-starter and an independent worker who is team oriented and results driven.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
+ Ability to be at work on time, to return from breaks and lunch periods on time and to leave the work area after the end of their scheduled workday.
+ Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance to support team and business objectives.
+ Capability to work flexible work hours, which may include day, evening and weekend shifts.
