The chosen candidate will join their team on a direct hire basis. Good candidates will have previous customer service experience, personable communication skills, a growth mindset and proven critical thinking skills. Responsibilities:
Receive inbound calls
Provide information on products and services
Explain details on individual policies including beneficiary information, explanation of values, terms and conditions
Ensure and document the appropriate response to each question
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
1-3 years of customer service experience preferred
Proven critical thinking skills
Knowledge of life insurance preferred
Strong ability to multitask
Impressive drive to succeed and growth mindset
Effective in communication while explaining concepts and processes to a diverse customer base
Proficient with Microsoft Office products, especially Word

Hours: 8:30AM-5:00PM Monday-Friday
