World Fuel Services is a Fortune 100 company that provides fuel and energy solutions to customers in more than 90 countries. We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Relationship Specialist. This role is a front line point of contact expected to retain and grow existing customer spend. The ideal candidate for this role will have a high spirited can-do attitude looking to achieve and exceed goals of maintaining and growing existing customer spend.
Some responsibilities of the Customer Relationship Specialist are as follows:
High Volume outbound calls to current customers; cross selling additional goods and services provided by World Fuel Services
Engage with customers over the phone to retain and increase account activity
Support Inside and Outside sales divisions on retaining their signed customer accounts; working regularly in multiple CRM systems
Achieve or exceed sales and revenue goals determined by maintaining and growing customer spend.
A successful candidate will possess the following:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven track record of maintaining and growing existing accounts
Coachable with ability to correct/improve performance based on feedback
Previous experience with CRM systems; SalesForce and/or Service Cloud preferred
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
Effective problem identification and solution oriented
Ability to work in team and independent environments
Highly motivated and organized
