We have an immediate direct hire opening for a customer service representative with a growing manufacturing company in St. Paul, MN. In this position you will be working directly with customers, processing complex orders, tracing and tracking where product is in development and communicating updates, invoicing and resolving billing issues. You will work with multiple departments including, marketing, accounting, sales and procurement. This company offers a competitive salary and benefits including: 401K, health, dental, vision & PTO. Location: St. Paul, MN
Pay: $45,000 – $50,000
Hours: 8AM – 5PM Mon-Fri
Key Responsibilities:
Process incoming requests from customers
Enter and manage sales orders in company’s ERP system
Coordinate delivery dates with operations and communicate as necessary
Collect and record warranty customer information from dealers and contractors
Process service, repair and return orders
Assist in delivering customer specific project tasks
Responsible for accurate order management
Continuously build company process improvements to define and maintain standard work
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills; have excellent phone etiquette
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Detail and process oriented
Continuous improvement mindset
Proven problem solving skills
Ability to learn new systems quickly
2+ years’ experience in customer support role
Intermediate skills in MS Excel, Word, Outlook
Experience in an ERP or CRM system prefered
