LaMettry’s is known for our exceptional customer service and we are looking for a dependable and motivated Customer Service Representative.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting customers in person and over the phone
Scheduling repair appointments & rental cars
Office upkeep & supply ordering
Collecting signatures and payments at the beginning & end of repair
Various compilation reports
Organization of customer and vehicle information via CCC1 computer system
Scanning invoices & insurance paperwork
Sort/process incoming mail
Communicate information between customers, insurance companies, call center and estimating management staff
Support the daily functions & flow of an industry specific office
General office duties
Hours:
Monday – Friday from 7 am – 4 pm
