We are helping our client recruit Permanent Full-time Bilingual Fraud Client Service Representatives for their location near the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.
They are looking for fluently bilingual candidates in both Spanish and English.
Previous client call center with Banking/Financial industry is required.
This role will anticipate and resolve client concerns with the goal of exceeding each client’s expectations, no matter how large or small the request.
Class starts on May 13th with a focus on 2:30pm to 11:00pm shifts.
The training will be Monday to Friday from 10:00am to 6:30pm for 3 weeks classroom training – then 4 weeks Monday to Friday from 2:30pm to 11:00pm for on the job training.
