We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to work for in a call center environment. You will be responsible for handle and resolve complaints by determining the client’s issue, offering possible solutions and or providing follow-up as needed.
Location: Tempe, AZ
Hours: M-F Between 5a-8p
Handle incoming calls, outbound or a combination of both.
Determining the client’s issue
Resolving customers’ service or billing complaints
Performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills
Document and update
Must have 2+ years of customer service experience
Experience in a call call center environment preferred
Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone
Excellent computer skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be willing to complete background check, and drug screen
