Buyers Edge is a rapidly growing technology company in the foodservice purchasing space which performs unique analysis of pricing and purchase data using a proprietary software suite. Our clients range from independent restaurants to large casinos and hotels such as Mohegan Sun, Caesars, MGM and Waterford Hotel Group. We are also part of a larger “family of companies” all of whom serve various customer verticals in the foodservice space. We are looking for an organized, detail oriented individual to become an essential part of our sales support team. The right person will welcome challenges, thrive in a small team environment, and be eager to learn new skills.
The individual will coordinate and assist the sales team in creating reports and presentations and marketing materials as well as maintaining and enhancing customer relationships.
Other duties
Manage period bids for customers
Processing information requests from customers
Coordinate and present webinars for potential and existing customers
Perform sales analysis
Required Skills
Excellent computer skills
Expertise with MS Excel and PowerPoint
Able to organize and manage sales information
Ability to learn new technologies quickly
Workflow status and management
Perform initial data analyses and comparisons
Preferred Skills
Food service industry experience a plus
Past experience related to customer service or project management helpful

Strong communication skills
Ability to independently handle multiple tasks and responsibilities
