A manufacturing firm near Pasco county is working with us to find great new additions to their customer service team. This is not a call center environment, this is a position based within the manufacturing facility to help diagnose and solve customer problems/issues.
The ideal candidate for this role is a person who has the ability to understand the products being made at the facility and translate that knowledge to help understand, improve, or fix customer issues. Much of the communication in this position will be done via the computer and not over the phone. Strong typing skills are a must!
Handle and respond to customer issues, problems or questions
Develop the technical expertise to understand the products being made at the facility and troubleshoot any problems a client may be having
Report common issues to both the management team and sales team
Develop relationships with the accounts assigned to you, so a strong trusting bond is formed.
Suggest ways to continue to improve the service the customer service is providing
At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably while representing a company or manufacturing facility
Strong computer skills, can type at least 45 wpm
Can understand technical issues and explain it to clients
World-class customer service abilities
Can communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Bilingual is help and encouraged
