I am a recruiter and a preferred vendor to MillerCoors nationwide. I have an indefinite term contract job with MillerCoors in Albany, GA. Basically this job is responsible for selling beer and clothing and swag to MillerCoors employees at the brewery. The hours are first shift, M-F. This job pays $15/ hour with no additional benefits.
Qualifications:
• Report to Guest Relations Retail Supervisor on Beer Sales operations – including but not limited to new-hire training, employee mentoring, maintenance and upkeep requirements, uniforms, reporting, retail profitability, etc. • Provide rotational weekend and special event assistance to the Albany Guest Relations team as a Point Person. • Understand and adhere to Albany Guest Relations Policy and Procedure handbook practices while supporting these policies with all staff members during daily operations. • Assist Guest Relations Management team in providing exceptional customer service at all times. • Ensure accurate and timely updates on Beer Sales specials, promotions, pricing boards and product availability. • Maintain and update inventory system with product codes, SKUs, packaging descriptions and pricing. • Conduct monthly Beer Inventory counting for Brewery Finance. • Work cooperatively with Brewery Customer Service to maintain acceptable inventory levels of product and aid in the movement of beer from the Brewery to minimize waste. • Work collaboratively with Corporate brand entities, Milwaukee Brewery Finance and Guest Relations management to bring in aging product for employee distribution at no financial impact to the Milwaukee Brewery or to Guest Relations. • Effectively organize warehouse beer using forklift and pallet jack to prioritize aging beer. • Observe and champion best practices in safety measures while moving product. • Manage Beer Sales deposits, daily reconciliations. Financial reporting and change orders. • Makes daily decisions & provides consistent communication regarding product/merchandise availability and movement. • Maintain positive relations with corporate employees, brewery employees and retirees • Collaborate with Guest Relations Retail team to order point of sale merchandise. • Utilize POS Counterpoint software to purchase, receive, report and track retail sales weekly. • Maintain accurate retail inventory within target shrinkage specifications as well as execute cyclical physical inventory practice.

Coordinator will work independently of direct management on a daily basis along with entry level staff members ? Function as a “Point Person” on weekends and at various special events for Guest Relations team in the absence of management ? Will understand and uphold Guest Relations policies with all staff members consistently and professionally ? Warehouse Management • Unload biweekly beer deliveries timely to eliminate waste due to varied outdoor temperatures • Manage aging warehouse beer with proper floor mix to minimize waste to Milwaukee Brewery • Manage various corporate requests for beer shipments to move aging product enterprise wide • Clearly and professionally communicate beer delivery needs to internal stakeholders and or deliver similar feedback for unplanned shipments. 0 Less than 20% 0 20% – 40% 1 40% – 60% 0 60% or greater 4. Training and Development • Coordinator will be primarily responsible for training new entry level staff members in daily operations. • Will mentor various staff members seeking to professionally develop into the Coordinator level • Will participate with all Coordinators in various leadership training sessions for personal & staff development 1 Less than 20% 0 20% – 40% 0 40% – 60% 0 60% or greater Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Requirements Preferences Education and experience – 1-3 years of customer service experience – High school graduate – Bachelor degree preferred – Warehouse experience – Retail Environment background Skills and knowledge – Knowledge of inventory/SKU management, cash handling/retail sales accountability – Leadership Experience – Microsoft Office Suite – Basic math applications – Excellent verbal and written communication skills – Strong problem solving, organization, time management, self-motivating, multi-tasking skills – Forklift Certification – Safety Acumen • Moderate Lifting up to 50 lbs
