Overview: The CRS Group is looking for a Sales Coordinator for one of our clients.
Drive results as the first point of contact for assigned Territory Managers and Customers through Team selling, administrative support, and resolving questions/requests/issues in a timely manner.
Serve as the primary liaison between Customers, Territory Managers, District Sales Managers and Product Sales Support Administrator (PSSA) as well as but not limited to Operations, Credit & Transportation.
Engage in regular phone conversations with customers, including taking orders, resolving issues, and opportunistically selling.
Contacting businesses or individuals, describing products or services, and obtaining customer information and leads.
Review orders placed through Online to ensure accuracy / completeness, contacting customers with suitable substitutes as necessary.
Handles a high volume of calls, usually leveraging an autodialer system.
Performs data entry, maintains customer databases and logs calls.
Provide administrative support to Territory Managers and District Sales Managers, as needed.
Escalate issues to appropriate parties, as necessary, to ensure appropriate responses.
Proficient in Computers-using two different types of system, work with duel screen, 10 key, and able to type 45 wpm
Multitasking with ability to work under pressure.
Experience with Salesforce a plus.
Excellent communication, customer service and alphanumeric data entry skills are required.
